Eric, Founder and President, started his career as President of AIESEC in Belgium. During Eric’s tenure at AIESEC, he attended more than 50 congresses and chaired several international conferences.
He then worked for two years as Marketing & Relationship Manager in the financial sector before joining the meetings industry.
He founded Ince&Tive in September 1996 to help corporations use meetings, congresses and incentives as a strategic tool to achieve company strategy, and because of his belief that meetings have the capacity “to change the way people think, work and live”.
Eric is past president of Meeting Professional International’s European Council and currently serves in the MPI International Board of Directors.
He holds a Master Degree in International Management Sciences from the Warocqué Business School and an Executive Master in Marketing and Advertising from the Solvay Business School.
