Eric Rozenberg, CMM, CMP - President

Eric, Founder and President, started his career as President of AIESEC in Belgium.

During Eric’s tenure at AIESEC, he attended more than 50 congresses and chaired several international conferences.

He then worked for two years as Marketing & Relationship Manager in the financial sector before joining the meetings industry.

He founded Ince&Tive in September 1996 to help corporations use meetings, congresses and incentives as a strategic tool to achieve company strategy, and because of his belief that meetings have the capacity “to change the way people think, work and live”.

Eric is past president of Meeting Professional International’s European Council and currently serves in the MPI International Board of Directors.

He holds a Master Degree in International Management Sciences from the Warocqué Business School and an Executive Master in Marketing and Advertising from the Solvay Business School.

Kathleen Van Parijs - Director

Kathleen started accompanying groups while she was still completing her history degree at the University of Cape Town and Brussels. Remaining in the Meeting Industry was a natural choice and she was soon placed in charge of large accounts. In 2002, she decided to team up Ince&Tive, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience, enthusiasm and recognized leadership ability.

Lydia Van den Bossche - Production Coordinator

After more than 20 years in the entertainment industry with Sony Music Belgium and Sega Belgium, and in direct marketing with Amalgam, B.I.C. and Schöber Direct Marketing, Lydia decided to bring her experience to Ince&Tive.

She is responsible for ensuring that your project runs smoothly. Among other tasks, Lydia coordinates partners and distributors.

Sophie Hofman - Project Manager

Sophie has worked for leading international service companies such as executive recruitment firm Chronos International and Ogilvy Advertising. She has developed excellent communication skills through her work experience serving international clients, as a member of Toastmaster’s International and through her interest in Non-Violent Communication (NVC). Sophie applies her highly adaptable and flexible – yet rigorous – working style to manage client projects.

Sandrine Paquay - Communication Manager

Sandrine has had a diverse career in sales, product management and marketing for leading B2B and B2C healthcare companies. Before joining Ince&Tive, she was group product manager for ratiopharm, Europe’s leading supplier of generic pharmaceuticals. There she re-positioned the company’s product lines to improve sales and profitability. At Ogilvy Healthcare, Sandrine was responsible for developing and implementing the communication and marketing plans of large accounts.

Sandrine has a degree in applied communications from the Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales.
